Problema risolto Chat head messanger si chiudono

Salve a tutti ho un Huawei ascend p7 con kit kat 4.4.4 il problema che ho notato è che con l'app messanger di facebook appena si apre una chat head si chiude appena rispondo.

Credo sia un bug di Facebook, quelle due applicazioni non sono mai andate d'accordo con nessuno :soso:
Prova a cancellare dati e cache/reinstalla, dimmi come va

no non va praticamente si aprono , io rispondo e poi appena chiudo la chat la chat head sparisce ma nel centro notifiche dice che è ancora attiva

E' un problema legato a kit kat. Su Android Central suggeriscono di installare nuovamente l'app
Usi un launcher modificato o quello stock?

uso quello stock , ho già reinstallato sia messanger che facebook ma niente

I have had that happen in the past. I will often open up my Facebook messenger app and find out I have missed several messages without heads or notification. I too, double checked that notifications were allowed etc. Then the next day they would be working again. I don't know if it is a signal situation or a Facebook messenger issue. I am thinking it is with the app but I have had no sure fire way to fix it. Often a reboot of the phone would take care of it, other times force stopping and restarting the app is all I would need. But it still intermittently will just not do what it's supposed to which is why I am thinking it is an app bug vs a phone issue. Maybe send the developer an email alerting them to the issue? They may (I haven't ever gotten anything from them) respond with a fix or add it to the next update.

Come noti è un bug risaputo, sono state mandate segnalazioni con tanto di risposta.
Può variare da terminale a terminale.
