Solo io ho notato che la index del forum è forum.php ma tutte le pagine sono .html ?

Le pagine sono formate sia in html che in php. Solo che se l'estensione fosse .html, il php non funzionerebbe. Invece al contrario (come puoi vedere) è fattibile.
