Ehm come pretendi che ti possiamo aiutare se non ci dai maggior informazioni? Come si chiama quel plug-in che ha dato problemi?

non so stavo mettendo seo.php o modificato e o messo 1.6.3 era 1.4 e lo messo ed e partito pero o backup database ma nn so che farne

Devi disabilitare quel plug-in allora. Puoi provare a disabilitarlo tramite la gestione dei plug-in (tramite il pannello amministrativo) o vai nell'host del tuo sito inc/plugins cerchi il file "seo.php" e lo cancelli e provi a vedere se risolvi.

Devi cancellare il plug-in "seo.php" che hai uppato nella cartella /inc/plugins

Allora non è un'errore relativo al plug-in "seo.php" ma ad un'altro plug-in sempre da te caricato..

Per quanto riguarda questo errore ti basta andare nel database del tuo forum e creare la tabella my_pchome.mybb_hackdatacache così da risolvere.

Invece in questo messaggio ti viene consigliato di eseguire l'upgrade del tuo mybb, ma che versione utilizzi attualmente?

Prova a fare l'upgrade del tuo mybb per quanto riguarda il secondo problema.

Se la versione che utilizzi attualmente è 1.6.3 ma comunque continua a darti problemi dovresti provare a reinstallare mybb.. Anche perchè non saprei da che cosa derivi quell'errore
